Do adults have to take their shoes off also?
Yes, we are a socks only facility. All children and adults have to have socks.
What ages is the play structure suitable for?
Children up to 10 years, 150cm (4ft 11'), or 40kg (90lbs) are allowed on the equipment.
Can I bring my own food/do you provide any food in your party packages?
You can bring your own food as long as its peanut/nut free. We do not provide any food in our packages. We do provide Unlimited coffee in our party packages.
Can I just drop-in for public play anytime?
Unfortunately, we are not always open for public play as the facility is sometimes closed for exclusive events. Please ensure to give us a call before dropping in.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book a birthday party?
Yes, there is a $250 deposit required to book a party.
