1 About These Terms

Goofing Around Kids ("Goofing Around", "we", "us") operates an indoor playground and party centre at 1 Westside Dr, Unit 8A, Etobicoke, Ontario M9C 1B3. By entering our facility, making a booking, or using goofingaroundkids.ca, you agree to these terms. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

2 Waivers

A parent or legal guardian must sign a liability waiver for each child before the child may play. Party hosts are responsible for making sure their guests' parents complete the party waiver before the event. Children without a signed waiver will not be allowed on the play equipment.

3 Playground Rules

• Socks only – our facility is socks-only for both children and adults. No shoes are permitted in the play area.
• Size and age limits – the play structure is designed for children up to 10 years old, 150 cm (4 ft 11 in) tall and 40 kg (90 lbs).
• Adults off the equipment – adults are not permitted on the play equipment.
• Please follow posted signs and staff instructions at all times. Staff may ask a child to take a break, or a family to leave, if play becomes unsafe.

4 Supervision

During public play and parties, children must be supervised by their parent, guardian or another responsible adult who stays on site for the entire visit. Our staff help keep the facility safe but do not replace parental supervision. Supervising adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children in their care.

5 Public Play & Passes

• Public play hours may change, and the facility is sometimes closed for private events. Please check our Public Play page or call ahead before visiting.
• Day passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to facility capacity. A day pass allows play for the full day the facility is open, on the day of purchase.
• Passes and monthly passes are for the named child only and are not transferable.
• Current prices are listed on our Fees page and may change from time to time.

6 Birthday Parties

• A $250 deposit is required to reserve a party date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received, and the deposit is applied to your party total.
• The remaining balance, including any additional children, adults or extensions, is due on the day of the party.
• Party time extensions (extra 30 or 60 minutes) are only available for the first and last party slots of the day.
• Parties are expected to start and finish at the booked times so that the next family's event can begin on schedule.
• If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Our team will confirm the options available for your booking.

7 Food & Allergies

Outside food is welcome at parties, but it must be nut-free. Hosts are responsible for checking the ingredients of any food they bring. Please tell us in advance about any allergies or medical needs so we can help keep your child safe. While we work to be an allergy-aware facility, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8 Camps

Camp registration, dates, pricing, and age requirements are listed on our March Break Camp and Summer Camp pages. A spot is reserved once registration and payment are complete. Parents must provide accurate emergency contact, allergy and medical information, and keep it up to date.

9 Health & Conduct

To protect everyone, please do not visit if your child is unwell. We ask all guests to treat other families and our staff with courtesy. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts other guests.

10 Personal Belongings

Please keep valuables with you. Goofing Around is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Items left behind will be held for a limited time; contact us if you have lost something.

11 Website Use

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but schedules, prices and programs may change without notice. If there is a difference between the website and what our staff confirm with you directly, the confirmation from our staff applies. The content, photos and logos on this site belong to Goofing Around Kids and may not be copied without permission.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version posted at the time of your visit or booking applies.
